The Butterfly Is A Sign From Of Resurrection From God

When I look at these beautiful butterflies that God created I think of the glorious new bodies we will get from Jesus. Some great day, we will be changed and fly away free... just like the butterflies.  This mortal body that can die will put on immortality that can never die.  The butterfly is a sign from God of life from death, a hint of future immortality!  It's called "resurrection."

..LET ME REVEAL TO YOU A WONDERFUL SECRET..  FOR OUR DYING BODIES MUST BE TRANSFORMED INTO BODIES THAT WILL NEVER DIE.  

WE WILL NOT ALL DIE, BUT WE WILL BE TRANSFORMED.  IT WILL HAPPEN IN A MOMENT, IN THE BLINK OF AN EYE, WHEN THE LAST TRUMPET IS BLOWN.  FOR WHEN THE TRUMPET SOUNDS THOSE WHO HAVE DIED WILL BE RAISED TO LIVE FOREVER.  AND WE WHO ARE LIVING WILL ALSO BE TRANSFORMED.  (1 Cor. 15:51-53NLT)

Come to Jesus. IN HIM WAS LIFE.  AND THAT LIFE WAS THE LIGHT OF ALL MANKIND. (John 1:4 NIV)  
With Him as our Savior we will never taste death. We will never go to the prison called death.  Instead, us followers of Jesus will fly away free into the Paradise of God....

It's Nightime Now

The wind feels so soothing, the air smells sweet and refreshing.  The stars twinkle in the velvet black sky.  Venus is brighter than I've ever seen it, its sparkles shoot out almost supernaturally to my eyes.  Crickets softly sing ...  Possums growl wildly.  They are so cuute.

I thank God He has brought me to a paradise.  New Zealand is a garden island far from the troubles of the world.  Who is this great God who would take me far away to walk upon the heights?  Jesus, I thank You, I love You, I worship You.... my Lord.  I never feel alone with You, my Husband.  Thank-you for always being with me, and in me.  I trust in You always.  ALL THINGS WORK TOGETHER FOR THE GOOD FOR THOSE WHO LOVE THE LORD AND ARE THE  CALLED ACCORDING TO HIS PURPOSES.  (Romans 8)

God Began A Good Work In You

If you have surrendered your life to the Lord Jesus then He is your Savior.  We can trust Him.  Let's remember to come to Jesus in all our needs.  He is merciful.  He will help us when we call on Him.

AND I AM CERTAIN THAT GOD, WHO BEGAN THE GOOD WORK WITHIN YOU, WILL CONTINUE HIS WORK UNTIL IT IS FINALLY FINISHED ON THE DAY WHEN CHRIST JESUS RETURNS. (Phil. 1:6 NLT) 

The Savior of the World

From before the beginning of time God forordained to send human kind the Savior of the World. 

 He sent Jesus to restore a lost relationship with the Maker to you and I.  To me, the whole Bible can be summed up in 1 verse:  THE SON OF MAN CAME TO SEEK AND TO SAVE THAT WHICH WAS LOST.  (Luke 9:10)  God sent His only begotten son, Jesus of Nazareth, to find us, and save our souls.  Jesus is the Man of Mercy sent from God.  He brings us back to relationship with our High and Holy God.  Isn't that wonderful to have intimate union with God?  To know He loves you, takes care of you, and is with us and in us?  This is a great mystery.  He makes us complete inside.  And this makes God happy.

Jesus explains: "AND THIS IS ETERNAL LIFE; TO KNOW YOU, THE
ONLY TRUE GOD, AND THE ONE WHOM YOU'VE SENT-- JESUS THE MESSIAH." (John 17:3 ISV)

God Is Calling All People to Him

God sits in heaven crying over a lost humanity.  

Our Maker, the One Who gives each of us life, and breath and everything else yearns with longing for you and I to come to Him, to know Him and to love Him.  That's why He made us; for intimate union with Almighty God Himself.  Isn't that wonderful, and profound?  You and I are of infinite worth to the Creator of the cosmos.  He hurts inside without us, and we hurt inside without Him.  God, the Father, loves all people; black, white, yellow, brown.  He loves the animals and the heavens too. GOD IS LOVE.  Our Creator is calling all of humanity to come to Him through Jesus; the WAY, THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE.

Wildflower Faith

Jesus tells us to faith like the beautiful wildflowers.

Jesus says in the Contemporary English Version:  " I TELL YOU NOT TO WORRY ABOUT YOUR LIFE.  DON'T WORRY ABOUT HAVING SOMETHING T EAT, DRINK, OR WEAR.  ISN'T LIFE MORE THAN FOOD OR CLOTHING? .. CAN WORRY MAKE YOU LIVE LONGER? WHY WORRY ABOUT CLOTHES?  LOOK HOW THE WILD FLOWERS GROW.  THEY DON'T WORK HARD TO MAKE THEIR CLOTHES.  BUT I TELL YOU THAT SOLOMON WITH ALL HIS WEALTH WASN'T AS WELL CLOTHED AS ONE OF THEM.  GOD GIVES SUCH BEAUTY TO EVERYTHING THAT GROWS IN THE FIELDS, EVEN THOUGH IT IS HERE TODAY AND THROWN INTO A FIRE TOMORROW.  HE WILL SURELY DO EVEN MORE FOR YOU!"
"WHY DO YOU HAVE SUCH LITTLE FAITH?  DON'T WORRY AND ASK YOURSELVES, 'WILL WE HAVE ANYTHING TO EAT?  WILL WE HAVE ANY CLOTHES TO WEAR?'  ONLY PEOPLE WHO DON'T KNOW GOD ARE ALWAYS WORRYING ABOUT SUCH THINGS.  YOUR FATHER IN HEAVEN KNOWS THAT YOU NEED ALL OF THESE.  BUT MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE, PUT GOD'S WORK FIRST AND DO WHAT HE WANTS.  THEN THE OTHER THINGS WILL BE YOURS AS WELL." (Mt.6:25,27-33 CEV)

I like the way The Message puts Jesus' words to us:  "IF GOD GIVES SUCH ATTENTION TO THE APPEARANCE OF WILDFLOWERS-- MOST OF WHICH ARE NEVER EVEN SEEN-- DON'T YOU THINK HE'LL ATTEND TO YOU, TAKE PRIDE IN YOU, DO HIS BEST FOR YOU?  WHAT I'M TRYING TO DO HERE IS TO GET YOU TO RELAX, AND TO NOT BE SO PREOCCUPIED WITH GETTING, SO YOU CAN RESPOND TO GOD'S GIVING.  PEOPLE WHO DON'T KNOW GOD AND THE WAY HE WORKS FUSS OVER THESE THINGS, BUT YOU KNOW BOTH GOD AND HOW HE WORKS.  STEEP YOUR LIKE IN GOD-REALITY, GOD-INITIATIVE, GOD-PROVISIONS.  DON'T WORRY ABOUT MISSING OUT.  YOU'LL FIND ALL YOUR EVERYDAY HUMAN CONCERNS WILL BE MET." 

" GIVE YOUR ENTIRE ATTENTION TO WHAT GOD IS DOING RIGHT NOW, AND DON'T GET WORKED UP ABOUT WHAT MAY OR MAY NOT HAPPEN TOMORROW.  GOD WILL HELP YOU DEAL WITH WHATEVER HARD THINGS COME UP WHEN THE TIME COMES."  (Mt. 6:30-34 )

Let's Have the Faith of a Flower

When I walk around Chuck Missler's backyard here I see the prettiest wildflowers.  Golden fields gleam with dandelions dancing in the breezes of heaven.  They're so beautiful.  Each pretty little flower is perky; its shining face turned towards the sun.  The golden little flowers gleam in the New Zealand sunshine, just basking in God's glorious provision for them.  God gives them the sunshine, the soil, the rain, the dew.  They bask in His beauty, and grow by His grace.  Each long stemmed  dandelion is individual, unique, exquisite.  No two are alike.  Each one is more beautiful than the other. They delight my eyes and thrill my heart.  Not even Solomon in all the splendor of his throne room looked as pretty as one of these wildflowers.  God loves His wildflowers, imagine how much more He loves us.  Let us have the simple faith of a wildflower.  Let us simply trust our Great God and His Divine provision He gives to each one of us.  This is called  having the faith of a flower.  

Jesus Christ The Messiah

Jesus the Messiah is my Lord and Savior.  He loves me and I love Him.  He gave His life for me, I have given my life to Him.  May I be found worthy If He requires it, to die for Him and  the testimony of Jesus Christ.  I trust Him to give me the strength.

   Jesus had mercy on me 20 years ago when He divinely healed me of terminal cancer in an instant to raise my children.  I died to this world and gave Jesus my life at that time, to live for Him.  TO LIVE IS CHRIST, TO DIE IS GAIN.
   His grace has upheld me ever since.  I trust Him to uphold me by God's grace until the day of Christ Jesus.
   I have been forgiven much, therefore I love Him very much.  JESUS HAS FREED ME FROM MY SINS BY HIS OWN BLOOD AND HE HAS MADE ME A KING AND PRIEST UNTO HIS GOD.

Jesus has made my life a living testimony of His magnificent mercy, grace, and forgiveness in these last days.   AND THEY (the saints) OVERCAME HIM (satan) BY THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB, AND THE WORD OF THEIR TESTIMONY AND THEY LOVED NOT THEIR LIVES UNTO DEATH.

 I pledge faithfulness to Jesus, my Master and Husband, to live for Him, the Word of God, and to die for Him should He require it of me. THE LORD GOD IS MY STRENGTH.
BE THOU FAITHFUL UNTO DEATH, AND I WILL GIVE YOU THE CROWN OF LIFE.

I'm Sidney, I live in the States. I'm a follower of Jesus of Nazareth.

       20 years ago I came to Jesus on my death bed. I was lost and He found me, a dying momma.  When I asked Jesus just to get me to heaven (and get my children there someday too.)  Jesus instantly freed me of all fear of death.  A few months later Jesus had mercy on me. He reached out from heaven and touched me, (in answer to the prayer of faith.), Jesus poured His healing power into my body from my head to my toes.  Instantly death was blown out ; God's living hope poured in.
   Since then I've been carried by His grace, and experienced Jesus forgiveness.
God is love.  His mercy, grace, and forgiveness are unfathomable; always flowing to us like a mighty river of Gods power which we are immersed in.
